Kosol Energie Awards Rs. 87.5 mn Contract to Krystal Integrated Services

Krystal Integrated Services (KISL) has secured a one-year manpower contract from Kosol Energie for the deployment of technical personnel at the company’s Bavla facility in Gujarat. The contract is valued at Rs. 87.5 mn annually and will support Kosol Energie’s operational workforce requirements.

Under the agreement, KISL will deploy 250 technically qualified professionals with Industrial Training Institute, diploma, Bachelor of Engineering or Bachelor of Technology qualifications, along with relevant industry experience. The personnel will provide workforce support for production management and statutory compliance activities at the facility.

Kosol Energie, part of the Kalthia Group, operates in the solar power generation industry and provides engineering, procurement and construction services. Its activities cover utility-scale projects as well as commercial and industrial, residential and agricultural solar applications.

The contract expands KISL’s presence in industrial staffing and workforce solutions. It also adds to the company’s work in the renewable energy sector, where projects require technical personnel to support production, operational processes and compliance obligations.

KISL said the mandate would strengthen its ability to manage large-scale technical manpower requirements across industrial operating environments. The company will provide structured workforce deployment and professionally managed staffing support for Kosol Energie’s facility, with the engagement focused on maintaining operational manpower availability.

The agreement marks a further expansion of KISL’s services beyond general facility management into specialised technical staffing. By deploying personnel with formal technical qualifications and industry experience, the company will support Kosol Energie’s workforce planning at its Gujarat operations during the contract period.
