MAJOR to Showcase New Screening Tech at CONEXPO-CON/AGG 2026

MAJOR, a leading global manufacturer of high-performance wire screen media, will participate in CONEXPO/CON-AGG 2026, where it plans to showcase its latest screening technologies, including advanced polyurethane strips, the MAJOR App and an all-new product to be unveiled at the event. Visitors can meet the team at Booth C32269 in the Central Hall at the Las Vegas Convention Center.
MAJOR will also join a panel discussion titled ‘Screen Smarter: Practical Strategies for Peak Performance’ on 5 March from 10:45 to 11:45 a.m. The session will explore practical insights into improving screening efficiency, including how wire selection, crown curve and climatic conditions influence output and productivity in mines and quarries.
Bernard Betts, President, MAJOR, said CONEXPO/CON-AGG offers a valuable opportunity for aggregates producers to assess the latest innovations in screen media. He added that the Company aims to become a one-stop shop for screen media and plans to make an important announcement at the show.
MAJOR will display several new advancements, including advanced polyurethane strips for the FLEX-MAT Modular Series. Engineered for wet and corrosive environments, these strips offer enhanced chemical stability and can match the life of OPTIMUMWIRE®, performing up to ten times longer than traditional polyurethane in certain applications.
The MAJOR App, recently updated, will also be showcased. Featuring marketing resources, expert documents, news updates, RFID reader capabilities and the FLEX-MAT Sensor, the app helps customers and dealers track screen media data and streamline ordering and inventory processes through FLEX-MAT ID Enabled technology.
A new interactive activity, the Wire Cut Challenge, will allow attendees to test the strength of MAJOR’s engineered wire against competing wire types, with a chance to win prizes.
