Action Construction Equipment (ACE) is showcasing a future-ready portfolio of lifting, access and construction equipment at bauma CONEXPO 2026, with a focus on safety, fuel efficiency, localisation and sustainable operation.Among the key exhibits is the F 150 Ultra, part of ACE’s next-generation Pick-and-Carry crane range. The machine incorporates three in-house safety technologies — Safe Crane Operation System (SCOS), Advanced Load Sensing System (ALSS) and Remote Articulation Stability (RAS).SCOS automatically prevents unsafe overload movements while permitting only safe actions such as boom lifting, boom retraction and block lowering. ALSS automatically shifts the crane into low-speed four-wheel drive when loads above 600 kg are lifted, while RAS adjusts safe working load limits based on crane articulation.ACE is also showcasing the FT 6040 flat-top tower crane with a 60-m jib. The crane incorporates automation, sensor integration, digital monitoring and anti-collision features to support precise load handling in congested and high-wind construction environments.The company has also introduced its first Passenger & Material Hoist, powered by a 32 kW motor system and supported by a galvanised 650 x 650 mm mast.Another highlight is the AX 124 CEV V Backhoe Loader, powered by a Tata 74 hp CEV V-compliant engine. ACE claims the model offers 15% higher fuel efficiency compared with its predecessor. The engine delivers 345 Nm of torque and is paired with a Carraro axle transmission system.Its dual hydraulic pump delivers 118 litres per minute at 210 bar, while the backhoe arm provides a 4,000 kg dipper tearout force for excavation and trenching applications.ACE is also displaying its Made-in-India ASL 08, ASL 12 and ASL 14 electric scissor lifts. The range uses AC brushless drive technology designed to improve efficiency, reduce maintenance and extend battery life.The electric platforms are designed for construction, warehousing, industrial and facility-management applications, with features including high-strength decks, heavy-duty tyres and AGM or lithium-ion battery options.Through its bauma CONEXPO 2026 showcase, ACE is highlighting equipment designed around intelligent safety systems, localisation, lower emissions and improved operating efficiency across construction and material-handling applications.
