Manali Petrochem, CPCL Sign MoU for Strategic Collaboration

Manali Petrochemicals Limited (MPL), a leading petrochemical manufacturer and a part of AM International, Singapore, has signed a non-binding Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Chennai Petroleum Corporation Limited (CPCL). The agreement sets the stage for a strategic collaboration focused on mutual growth and fostering innovation within the petrochemical and energy sectors.

The MoU was signed by Shri P Kannan, Director (Operations) at CPCL, and Shri R Chandrasekar, Managing Director & CEO of MPL Group. The signing took place in the presence of senior executives including Shri H Shankar, Managing Director of CPCL, Mr Rohit Kumar Agrawala, Director (Finance), CPCL, and MPL leaders such as Mr G R Sridhar (Wholetime Director, Plant Operations), Mr N Shivaram (COO), and Dr Sundar Saimani (Senior General Manager), along with other senior CPCL officials.

The collaboration signifies a step forward in aligning capabilities and resources to unlock opportunities for operational synergies, technology development, and value-added product offerings in the Indian petrochemical space.
