NIIT MTS Named in Training Industry’s 2025 Top 20 for AI Tools

NIIT Learning Systems, a global leader in managed learning services, has been named among the 2025 Top 20 Companies by Training Industry, Inc. in two categories: AI Content Creation & Authoring Tools and AI Coaching & Learner Support Tools. This is NIIT MTS’s debut on the prestigious list, which recognises innovation and leadership in AI-driven corporate learning solutions.

This year, Training Industry introduced these categories to spotlight the growing impact of artificial intelligence in learning and development (L&D). Sailesh Lalla, Chief Business Officer, NIIT MTS, said, “We’re honoured to be recognised in both categories. This reflects our commitment to transforming learning through AI—enhancing content development, personalising learning, and enabling scalable coaching with real outcomes.”

Devenderjit Chadha, Chief Customer Officer, NIIT MTS, added, “Our investments in advanced AI tools are driving efficiency and improving learner experience. This recognition highlights our efforts to deliver responsive and impactful learning solutions.”

NIIT MTS has also introduced a Learning Maturity Model to guide organisations through the four stages of AI-led transformation, backed by secure, scalable AI ecosystems.
