Pioneer Urban Appoints Sameer Bahri as Chief Revenue Officer

Pioneer Urban Land and Infrastructure Ltd has appointed Sameer Bahri as Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), bringing the company’s sales, marketing and CRM functions under a single leadership structure.

In his new role, Bahri will drive alignment across Pioneer Urban’s revenue functions and oversee initiatives aimed at accelerating topline performance while supporting the company’s long-term scalability.

Bahri brings more than 35 years of experience in residential and commercial real estate, covering project lifecycles, strategic sales and marketing, business development and large-scale team leadership. His experience also includes asset profitability, revenue optimisation and regulatory compliance across major developments.

In recent years, Bahri has been based in Goa, advising on project execution, pricing strategy and market entry for premium real estate developments. Before this, he spent more than 31 years with Unitech Ltd, working across residential and commercial developments and leading projects in Kolkata, Gurugram, Howrah and Bhubaneswar. His experience includes Uniworld City as well as large-scale IT park and township projects.

Bahri holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from the Manipal Institute of Technology.
