PM to Inaugurate SOUL Leadership Conclave on 21st February in Delhi

Prime Minister Narendra Modi will inaugurate the first edition of the SOUL Leadership Conclave on 21st February at Bharat Mandapam, New Delhi. The event, scheduled to begin at 11 AM, will bring together eminent leaders from various fields. Bhutan's Prime Minister Dasho Tshering Tobgay will deliver the Keynote Address as the Guest of Honour.

The two-day conclave, running from 21st to 22nd February, aims to create a premier platform for thought leadership, collaboration, and inspiration. Participants will include influential figures from politics, business, sports, media, the arts, spirituality, public policy, and social sectors. These leaders will share their life journeys, discussing challenges, failures, and successes, while offering valuable perspectives on leadership. The conclave is designed to foster learning and encourage young professionals and aspiring leaders.

The event is organised by the School of Ultimate Leadership (SOUL), an emerging leadership institution in Gujarat dedicated to fostering transformative leadership for the public good. SOUL’s vision is to broaden India's political leadership landscape by providing formal training to individuals driven by merit, commitment, and public service, rather than relying solely on political lineage.

With leadership evolving rapidly in an increasingly complex world, institutions like SOUL play a vital role in shaping future leaders who can navigate governance, policy, and social impact effectively. India, as one of the world’s largest democracies, faces unique leadership challenges, making such platforms critical in preparing a new generation of leaders who can drive sustainable change.

The SOUL Leadership Conclave will not only facilitate high-level discussions but also act as a catalyst for meaningful collaboration between experienced leaders and emerging voices. By integrating practical insights with theoretical expertise, the conclave seeks to redefine leadership in India and beyond.

As India strengthens its position as a global leader in governance, business, and innovation, initiatives like SOUL contribute to a growing movement towards ethical, inclusive, and forward-thinking leadership. The conclave marks a significant step in this journey, fostering a culture of excellence and responsibility among the nation’s future changemakers.
