Kosol Energie, Valeo Ink MoU for PV Ribbon and Busbar Supply

Kosol Energie, an Indian solar module manufacturer, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Valeo for the supply of solar PV ribbons and busbars, key components used in solar module production.
The agreement was formalised during the Renewable Energy India (REI) Expo 2025 held in Greater Noida, in the presence of senior executives from both companies. Under the MoU, Valeo will supply 600 tons of PV ribbons and busbars to Kosol Energie between November 2025 and October 2026.
At the same event, Kosol Energie unveiled its new 720 Wp solar modules, designed to optimise space utilisation in large-scale solar projects. The company currently operates a 3.3 GW solar module manufacturing capacity and undertakes EPC (Engineering, Procurement and Construction) work for multiple solar installations.
Kosol Energie also announced plans to expand into solar tracker and solar structure manufacturing, further strengthening its presence across the solar value chain.
