Raminfo Wins Rs 141M Tech Project in Tripura

Raminfo Limited, a technology solutions provider, has secured a government tech contract worth approximately Rs 141 million from the Government of Tripura to develop, implement, and maintain a unified digital service platform named ‘UNNOTI’ under the Tripura Rural Economic Growth & Service Delivery Project (TRESP).
The project marks a significant step in Raminfo’s e-governance journey, as it aims to streamline citizen-government interaction through a secure, scalable, and integrated digital platform. UNNOTI will serve over 4.1 million citizens across Tripura, connecting more than 60 departments and 300 government schemes into one interface.
The platform will follow the “Ask Data Once” principle, removing the need for citizens to submit the same information multiple times to different departments. It will include a citizen portal, service dashboards, and mobile applications to improve accessibility, transparency, and efficiency in service delivery.
Raminfo will serve as the system integrator, handling full-scale development, deployment, and 26 months of post-launch maintenance. The company will also apply its expertise in artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning (ML), analytics, and the Internet of Things (IoT) to ensure the platform evolves with citizen needs.
According to Managing Director L. Srinath Reddy, this milestone reinforces Raminfo’s commitment to delivering smart governance solutions that foster inclusive development and better public service access.
