Sathlokhar Synergys E&C Global Secures Rs 380 mn Orders

On 21 February 2026 Sathlokhar Synergys E&C Global said it had secured orders worth Rs 380 mn for civil and pre-engineered building (PEB) works. The orders pertain to a combination of civil construction and structural steel works. The company noted that the contracts will involve design coordination, fabrication and erection of pre-engineered structures. This is expected to add to the company order book and provide revenue visibility for the near term.\n\nThe contracts were secured through competitive bidding and are scheduled to be executed over the coming months, subject to standard regulatory and site approvals. Execution will encompass site preparation, foundation works, erection of steel frames and cladding, and associated infrastructure. The company will deploy its in-house engineering and project management teams and engage subcontractors for specialised tasks. Procurement of raw materials and timely logistics will be key to meeting project milestones and cost parameters.\n\nFinancially the Rs 380 mn value is expected to be recognised in revenue over the duration of the contracts and will contribute to cash flow when milestones are achieved. The company will report the orders as part of its ongoing capital markets disclosures and retain discretion over allocation of proceeds across operations and working capital needs.\n\nThe company highlighted that successful delivery will depend on strict adherence to quality standards and safety protocols and that close coordination with clients and suppliers will be maintained throughout execution. Management indicated that such contract wins reinforce its focus on the mid-market industrial and infrastructure segments where demand for pre-engineered building solutions has been steady. No further commercial terms were disclosed. Timely execution and uninterrupted supply chain continuity will be crucial to converting these orders into profit and sustained cash generation over the contract period.
