Shremoha Launches Senior Living Platform in Pune, Gurugram

Shremoha, a premium senior independent living platform, was officially launched at the Longevity Summit India 2026 at Fairmont Mumbai, with plans to develop hospitality-led communities focused on personalised geriatric care, preventive health, wellness and independent living.

Formed in July 2026 through a strategic partnership between Shrem Group and Emoha, part of Age Care Labs, Shremoha aims to create senior living ecosystems that combine healthcare, hospitality, community engagement and wellness services. The platform is designed primarily for independent seniors seeking an active and socially connected lifestyle while retaining access to support services as their needs evolve.

As part of the launch, Shremoha announced its first two development partnerships — Kekarav by TRU Realty in Pune and KREEVA in Gurugram. The projects mark the platform’s entry into two key urban markets for premium senior living.

Saumyajit Roy, Co-founder and CEO, Emoha Elder Care, and Co-founder, Shremoha, said the platform seeks to move senior living beyond a care-led model by creating communities centred on purpose, independence and meaningful social connections. He added that Shremoha combines Emoha’s experience in elder care with hospitality and community design.

Nitan Chhatwal, MD, Shrem Group, and Co-founder, Shremoha, said the company views senior living as a platform that can support longevity rather than merely a destination associated with ageing. The communities will integrate wellness, hospitality, design and operational services to support a richer independent living experience.

At Kekarav Township in Bavdhan, Pune, Shremoha has partnered with TRU Realty to develop 250 residences for seniors. Sujay Kalele, Managing Director, TRU Realty, said the partnership aims to combine the developer’s expertise with Shremoha’s senior care capabilities to create an active, independent and secure living environment.

In Gurugram, Shremoha will serve as the senior care partner for KREEVA’s upcoming multigenerational project in Sector 70A. Dr Gautam Kanodia, Founder, KREEVA, said the development will focus on enabling different generations to live together while maintaining independence, comfort and access to appropriate care.

Both projects will offer geriatric-grade personalised care, preventive health and wellness programmes, curated dining, resident-led experiences and integrated support services. Through its expanding portfolio, Shremoha aims to establish a new benchmark for senior independent living in India centred on healthspan, community, hospitality and purposeful ageing.
