Antara to Manage Senior Living Residences at Estate 361

Antara Senior Living has announced an exclusive partnership with Max Estates to manage the senior living residences and amenities at Estate 361, an 18.23-acre wellness-led development along the Dwarka Expressway in Gurugram. This marks Antara’s second collaboration with Max Estates, following the rapid sell-out of 292 senior residences at Estate 360, NCR’s first intergenerational community. Estate 361 will include 360 senior living units along with a comprehensive integrated wellness centre offering both modern medical care and traditional therapies.

The Antara Integrated Wellness Centre will provide primary healthcare services, emergency care, 24x7 nursing support and specialist consultations, complemented by Ayurveda, naturopathy, homeopathy, acupressure, acupuncture and UV therapy. The model emphasises proactive, preventive and personalised care to support seniors’ evolving physical, emotional and social needs.

Estate 361 is designed around nature and active ageing, featuring over 250,000 sq ft of forested greens, water features and sensory pathways, as well as 200,000+ sq ft of amenities such as paddleball courts, swimming pools, hydrotherapy pool, golf putting greens and senior-centric fitness spaces. Antara’s Residents Engagement Team will curate year-round activities to promote community engagement.

Residences incorporate accessibility features including wheelchair-friendly layouts, anti-skid flooring, rounded corners, grab bars, senior-friendly elevator bays, rest seating, centralised fresh air circulation and glare-free lighting. Daily living needs—from gourmet dining and dietician-curated meals to housekeeping and laundry—will be handled by Antara’s service team.

Demand for professionally managed senior living in India is rising as the senior population is projected to grow from about 147 million in 2024 to nearly 350 million by 2050, with the 80+ segment expanding sharply. Shifting family structures and increasing isolation among seniors are driving interest in holistic, community-based solutions. Backed by the Max Group’s strengths in healthcare, hospitality and real estate, Antara aims to lead the evolution of structured senior care ecosystems in India.
