SUGS Lloyd Secures Rs 2,142.7 Million Odisha Distribution Contracts

SUGS Lloyd Limited has secured network maintenance and allied works contracts worth an aggregate of Rs 2,142.7 million (mn) from TP Southern Odisha Distribution Limited and TP Western Odisha Distribution Limited. The three-year contracts run from October one, 2026 to September 30, 2029 and cover routine maintenance and operational assistance across the two distribution networks. The company will carry out works that include line upkeep and substation support.

The firm received a Letter of Intent from TP Southern Odisha Distribution Limited on August 31, 2026 at 12:32 p.m. and a second Letter of Intent from TP Western Odisha Distribution Limited on the same day at 3:22 p.m. The orders encompass maintenance of 11 kV and LT networks, 33 kV network maintenance and operational assistance at 33/11 kV substations.

The order for TP Southern Odisha Distribution Limited is valued at Rs 1,150.2 mn and is apportioned across the three contract years with Rs 379.9 mn in Year one, Rs 385.2 mn in Year two and Rs 385.0 mn in Year three. The TP Western Odisha Distribution Limited contract totals Rs 992.5 mn, with allocations of Rs 335.3 mn in Year one, Rs 331.1 mn in Year two and Rs 326.1 mn in Year three. Combined values therefore match the aggregate figure reported by the company. The timetable and financial splitting are set to guide delivery and cash flows over the contract span.
