Investor Home Solutions Hosts Landmark Branded Residences Meet

India’s luxury property market marked a significant milestone as Investor Home Solutions (IHS) brought together over 2,000 all-industry high-net-worth investors under one roof at Yashobhoomi, New Delhi. Held on 10 January, the invite-only meet focused exclusively on the emerging branded residences segment, underscoring its growing relevance within India’s ultra-luxury real estate landscape.

The meet moved away from conventional property showcases and instead centred on investment-led discussions, market insights and long-term value creation in globally inspired luxury residences. It highlighted growing investor interest in branded homes that combine exclusivity, international standards and strong asset credibility. IHS also outlined its target of achieving Rs 5,000 crore in ultra-luxury real estate sales in Gurugram this year, underscoring the region’s emergence as a premium investment destination.

Commenting on the initiative, Kanwar Pal Singh, Founder, Investor Home Solutions, said, “The investor meet is a defining moment that heralds the arrival of the luxury residential property segment in the Indian market. With our initiative, we were able to unlock a new investment space that offers enormous potential and value and brought together the choicest investors on the platform.”

A key highlight of the event was the presentation of upcoming branded and luxury residential developments expected to reshape India’s ultra-premium housing landscape. Investors were provided with insights into trends shaping branded luxury living and high-value property investments.

Tridev Kapoor, Director – Sales, Investor Home Solutions, said, “What truly sets this investor meet apart is the depth of engagement and maturity of dialogue we witnessed. Today’s ultra-luxury investor is not only looking at aesthetics but also long-term value, global alignment, and asset credibility. Branded residences answer that need, and this platform allows investors to evaluate the segment with clarity and confidence.”

Organised without prior publicity, the event reinforced IHS’s positioning in the branded and luxury residential investment space, while setting a new benchmark for investor engagement and education in India’s evolving luxury property market.
