India’s luxury property market marked a significant milestone as Investor Home Solutions (IHS) brought together over 2,000 all-industry high-net-worth investors under one roof at Yashobhoomi, New Delhi. Held on 10 January, the invite-only meet focused exclusively on the emerging branded residences segment, underscoring its growing relevance within India’s ultra-luxury real estate landscape.

The meet moved away from conventional property showcases and instead centred on investment-led discussions, market insights and long-term value creation in globally inspired luxury residences. It highlighted growing investor interest in branded homes that combine exclusivity, international standards and strong asset credibility. IHS also outlined its target of achieving Rs 5,000 crore in ultra-luxury real estate sales in Gurugram this year, underscoring the region’s emergence as a premium investment destination.
