Vikram Solar Wins 378.75 MW INGEL Module Order

Vikram Solar Limited has secured an order to supply 378.75 megawatt (MW) of high-efficiency solar modules to Indian Oil NTPC Green Energy Private Limited (INGEL) for a utility-scale project near Nakhatrana in the Kutch district of Gujarat. The contract forms part of a 600 MW scheme by INGEL, a joint venture between Indian Oil Corporation Limited and NTPC Green Energy Limited, and represents the company's first engagement with the joint venture on a large-scale project. The company expects to commence deliveries in fiscal year twenty six.

Under the contract the firm will supply its advanced N-TOPCon modules engineered to improve energy yield and reliability in challenging site conditions and to support long-term performance in utility-scale installations. The order highlights the firm's capability to meet complex technical and logistical requirements for large projects and to provide execution certainty backed by manufacturing scale. Timeframes specified in the filing indicate supply within one hundred and eighty days.

Gujarat is described as a strategically significant region for renewable energy expansion, supported by favourable policy frameworks and robust infrastructure that enable large capacity additions. The engagement is presented as further strengthening the supplier's footprint in the state and contributing to India s accelerated clean energy transition through technological innovation and consistent project delivery. Company leadership characterised the award as an important milestone and as the beginning of a long-term collaboration with INGEL.

Vikram Solar Limited is headquartered in Kolkata and maintains an international presence across 39 countries, with cumulative production capacity of nine point five gigawatt (GW). The company is listed as a top performer in independent reliability assessments and appears in industry tier lists over consecutive quarters, while operating an extensive pan-India distribution network of more than 105 authorised distributors, over 435 dealers and 77 system integrators. The firm has provided contact details for investor and press enquiries in its official release.
