Morpho Dimensions Set to Cross Rs 1 billion Revenue in FY 25–26

Morpho Dimensions, a venture of acclaimed architecture and design firm Morphogenesis, is transforming India’s office interiors landscape with a technology-first, design-led approach. With a secured orderbook of Rs 700 million and additional projects in the pipeline, the firm is confidently on track to cross Rs 1 billion in revenue in FY 2025–26.

By combining Artificial Intelligence (AI), Building Information Modelling (BIM), and Virtual Reality (VR), Morpho Dimensions enables clients to visualise and step into immersive, ready-to-operate workspaces within 90 days—ushering in a new benchmark for speed and quality in the design-and-build (DnB) space.

“We are fundamentally rethinking how office interiors are delivered. From a cookie-cutter design, vendor-hassle memories to a seamless, technology-integrated experience—our clients now get speed, differentiated design, and unmatched control. The Rs 70 crore orderbook is evidence of how strongly this model is resonating,” said Aryaman Vir, Founder & CEO, Morpho Dimensions.

“Achieving Rs 100 crore in revenue will significantly elevate Morpho Dimensions' stature, firmly positioning us among India's top-tier Design-and-Build (DnB) firms. This milestone will not only enhance our market credibility but also strongly validate our business model and ambitious growth strategies. We're not just building offices; we're enabling businesses to perform, grow, and thrive in environments that reflect their identity and values. A substantial contributor to our enhanced credibility comes from our association with Morphogenesis, a globally acclaimed architecture firm recognised widely for pioneering sustainable and innovative design practices. We intend to build on this legacy and chart our own path of success while delivering on our mission to make high-quality office designs accessible to all businesses.”

Central to its delivery model is Morpho Dimensions’ proprietary SOUL framework, built around Sustainability, Optimisation, Uniqueness, and Livability:

Sustainability: Offices aligned with ESG goals, designed to reduce energy use by up to 50 per cent

Optimisation: Data-led, AI-driven planning ensures lean, efficient, high-quality spaces

Uniqueness: Every space is custom-designed—no templates

Livability: Ergonomic layouts, natural light, and biophilic elements for well-being

The company is investing over 30 per cent of future capital in proprietary tech platforms—for procurement, vendor management, site tracking, and real-time client dashboards. Its in-house talent pool includes alumni of IIT, ISB, Penn, AA London, and Domus Academy Milan, alongside professionals from global design firms such as Foster + Partners, Gensler, Studio HBA, and Adrianse.

Currently handling eight live projects across Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Ludhiana, and Jaipur, Morpho Dimensions has also secured multiple high-value confidential contracts, with formal announcements expected shortly.

Backed by Morphogenesis’ three-decade legacy and ranked among the world’s top 100 architecture firms, Morpho Dimensions is now preparing for global expansion—with plans underway for entry into Dubai and the United States.
