CREDAI-MCHI has received a second letter of appreciation from Smt. Pankaja Gopinath Munde, Maharashtra’s Minister of Environment & Climate Change, for planting 2,000 tree saplings at Bhagvan Bhaktigad, Sawargaon Ghat in Patoda, Beed. In her letter, the Minister commended CREDAI-MCHI’s environmental contribution as a step towards long-term ecological balance and climate resilience.

Domnic Romell, President, CREDAI-MCHI, said: “We are deeply honoured to receive this recognition... The plantation of 1 lakh trees across MHADA sites is just one of the many steps we are taking to build a greener Maharashtra in partnership with the government and public stakeholders.”

As part of its green drive, CREDAI-MCHI is planting 1,00,000 trees across MHADA sites in the state. The initiative is part of a broader one-million tree plantation mission spearheaded by CREDAI National and CREDAI-MCHI, targeting ecologically sensitive areas such as the Western Ghats and Coastal Road.

In collaboration with civic bodies, schools, and local institutions, CREDAI-MCHI continues to integrate sustainability into urban development, reinforcing its leadership in eco-conscious real estate.
