Jonjua Overseas Signs MoU for Rooftop Helipad in Himachal

Jonjua Overseas Limited has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with entrepreneur Anjali Sharma for cooperation and facilitation in developing a private rooftop helipad near the National Highway at Rampur BSR, Himachal Pradesh.

The proposed helipad is aimed at improving connectivity and accessibility in the remote Himalayan region. The project is expected to support local communities while strengthening access for tourism, emergency services and economic activities.

Development and operation of the proposed rooftop helipad will be subject to statutory, regulatory, aviation, safety, environmental and local authority approvals, along with other permissions and clearances required from competent authorities.

Jonjua Overseas has also been associated with aviation ventures, including GNS Airways, SA of Cameroon, promoted by Jean Paul Nana Sandjo, former CEO of CAMAIR.
