Philippine Airlines Implements Ramco Aviation Software for PALEx Fleet

Ramco Systems has successfully implemented its Aviation Software for Philippine Airlines’ domestic PAL Express (PALEx) fleet operations. The cloud-based platform has streamlined and digitised maintenance and operations for PALEx’s fleet of A321, A320, and Q400 aircraft. As part of a broader strategy to optimise operational efficiency across Philippine Airlines (PAL) and PALEx, preparations are underway to extend the solution to PAL’s A350, A330, B777, and A321 aircraft.

The software suite includes modules for Engineering and CAMO, Supply Chain Management, Maintenance Planning, Quality, Component Maintenance, and Hangar Maintenance, all integrated with Finance. This system provides a scalable and configurable framework, offering PAL a centralised hub for managing multiple Air Operator Certificates (AOCs) and Approved Maintenance Organisations (AMOs). It also enhances visibility into materials, resources, and tools while improving traceability of aircraft technical records.

Ramco’s digital enablers, including the Ramco Anywhere mobile apps, further enhance operational efficiency, equipping PAL with real-time, data-driven insights to drive improved decision-making and maintenance execution.
