Ramco Software Goes Live at Indamer in Just 45 Days

Global aviation software provider Ramco Systems has successfully implemented its aviation software suite at Indamer Technics Private Limited, a prominent Indian aviation services company catering to commercial and government aviation sectors.
Ramco’s integrated platform, covering modules for Maintenance, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Quality, Contract and Quote Management, Customer Billing and Finance, replaced Indamer’s legacy systems. The transition was completed within just 45 days, with Indamer already experiencing tangible benefits, including improved inventory accuracy and visibility, better tracking of open orders and project progress, enhanced billing turnaround time and accuracy, and optimised materials planning and consumption.
Ashwani Acharya, Chief Operating Officer at Indamer Technics, commented, “In a fast-tracked rollout aligned with our business goals, we transitioned our MRO operations to Ramco Aviation Software. The system now supports every stage of our workflow — from contract execution to aircraft delivery. The strong collaboration between our teams ensured a smooth transition and will enable us to deliver greater value, faster, to our customers.”
Sam Jacob, Executive Vice President and SBU Head – Aviation, Aerospace and Defence at Ramco Systems, added, “Achieving go-live status in just 45 days is a testament to both our partnership with Indamer Technics and the robust capabilities of Ramco Aviation Software. Indamer now operates on a scalable, future-ready platform that positions them as a continued leader in India’s MRO sector. This is the transformative impact we aim to deliver across the aviation MRO industry.”
