Hazoor Multi Projects Secures Rs 419.8 mn LoA From NHAI

Hazoor Multi Projects Ltd has received a Letter of Award worth Rs 419.8 million (mn) from the National Highways Authority of India for engaging as the contractor for collection of user fee at H. Pudhupatti fee plaza at kilometre 39.760 of the Salem to Vayembadi section on NH-179A in Tamil Nadu. The assignment includes upkeep and maintenance of adjacent toilet blocks and recouping the consumable items and is awarded for a period of one year. The company will act as the contractor responsible for toll collection and ancillary services at the specified plaza.

The scrip was trading at Rs 20.58, up by zero point six seven points or three point three seven per cent from the previous closing of Rs 19.91 on the BSE. The counter opened at Rs 20.69 and registered an intraday high and low of Rs 20.69 and Rs 20.31 respectively, with 99,014 shares traded so far. The market response reflected investor interest in the infrastructure sector following the LoA announcement.

The BSE group B stock with face value one has a 52 week high of Rs 42.02 recorded on 18 September 2025 and a 52 week low of Rs 17.52 recorded on 27 August 2026. The last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs 20.69 and Rs 18.60 respectively. The current market capitalisation stood at Rs 5,929.8 million (mn).

Promoters hold 13.70 per cent of the equity while institutions and non-institutions hold 27.07 per cent and 59.23 per cent respectively. The LoA for Rs 419.8 million (mn) is structured as a one year contract for user fee collection and maintenance services on the designated stretch of NH-179A. Investors and analysts noted the order adds to the company's presence in toll operations and short term revenue visibility.
