Hyderabad Sanctions Rs 22.54 Bn Road Projects

The Telangana government has recently cleared urban mobility works worth Rs 22.54 billion through HMDA and Hyderabad Growth Corridor Limited to ease congestion and improve intra-city and regional links along growth corridors.

Key approvals include a Rs 4.88 billion trumpet interchange at Budvel linking Radial Road-2 with the ORR, along with upgrades to the Rajendranagar interchange.

It has also greenlit Elevated Corridor-III from Banjara Hills ICCC to Shilpa Layout, estimated at Rs 16.56 billion, to enable signal-free access to the ORR at Gachibowli. In addition, HGCL will widen Pipeline Road from MGIT to Manikonda (3.57 km) at Rs 110 crore.
