NHAI Launches Toll Plaza Feedback Feature on Rajmargyatra App

The National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) has introduced a toll plaza feedback feature on the Rajmargyatra mobile app, allowing National Highway users to rate their toll plaza experience, report concerns and suggest improvements. The initiative is intended to strengthen citizen participation and support better service delivery across toll plazas.

The feature is designed to help make highway journeys safer, smoother and more convenient by giving users a direct way to share their experiences. It also provides NHAI with additional information on how commuters view services at toll plazas across the National Highway network.

Annual pass users will receive notifications through the Rajmargyatra app after crossing a National Highway toll plaza, inviting them to provide feedback. Other users can access the toll plaza feedback option through the app’s menu and submit their views about any toll plaza.

Users can rate their experience, choose options relevant to their journey and add remarks where required. The feedback process allows commuters to record their assessment of services while providing NHAI with a structured channel for receiving concerns and suggestions.

According to information issued by the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways, the feedback will help the authority understand highway users’ experiences and identify areas requiring improvement. NHAI will also be able to monitor service delivery and address concerns raised by commuters through the information collected on the app.

The authority has encouraged National Highway users to use the feature and share their experiences. The initiative is expected to support continuing efforts to improve toll plaza services and strengthen user engagement across the highway network.
