JMRC Floats Tender for Traction and Power Systems on Jaipur Metro Phase-1C & 1D

Jaipur Metro Rail Corporation (JMRC) has invited bids for traction and power supply works covering the upcoming Phase-1C and Phase-1D extensions of the Pink Line. The scope includes design, engineering, manufacturing, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 25 kV traction systems — rigid OHE from Badi Choupar to the elevated ramp and flexible OHE up to Transport Nagar and from Mansarovar to Ajmer Road Chauraha. 
It also includes 33 kV auxiliary substations, cabling and SCADA systems across both underground and elevated sections.
Phase-1C involves a 2.85 km extension from Badi Chaupar to Transport Nagar, featuring one underground station at Ramganj and one elevated station at Transport Nagar. The Rs 9.9351 billion project is primarily funded by the Government of Rajasthan.
Phase-1D proposes a 1.35 km elevated stretch from Mansarovar to Ajmer Road Chauraha, adding one elevated station at the terminus at a cost of Rs 2.0481 billion.
