RailTel Corporation receives Rs 11.57 crore work order from RVNL

RailTel Corporation of India received Rs 11.57 crore work order from Rail Vikas Nigam Ltd (RVNL) for the installation of multiprotocol label switching-virtual private networks (MPLS-VPN) services of RailTel for a 5-year period at several locations of the RVNL.

Currently, Railtel Corporation Of India is trading at Rs 91.70 on the Bombay stock exchange (BSE), which is up by 2.34% or 2.10 points from the previous closing of Rs. 89.60.

The corporation had opened at Rs. 91.30 and has now touched a high and low of Rs 93.25 and Rs 90.85. As of now, 113738 shares had been traded on the counter.

The group ‘A’ of the BSE stock of face value of Rs 10 on June 10, 2021, has reached a 52 week high of Rs 164.70, and on March 7, 2022, has reached a 52 week low of Rs 87.20.

In the last week, the high and low stood at Rs 93.25 and Rs 89.25. Their current market cap is Rs 2875.61 crore.

In the company, the promoter's holding stood at 72.84%. The Institutions and Non-Institutions holding stood at 7.21% and 19.95% .

RailTel Corporation is a ‘Mini Ratna (Category-I)’ public sector undertaking (PSU) and is among the largest neutral telecom infrastructure providers in India having ownership of a Pan-India optic fiber network on exclusive Right of Way (ROW) by the Railway track. The company offers broadband, telecom, and multimedia networks in the country.
