RLDA invites bids for 23 commercial units in Lucknow

The Rail Land Development Authority (RLDA), a statutory authority under Ministry of Railways, has announced the opening of bids for 23 premium commercial units at the Commercial Complex, Gomti Nagar, Lucknow.

According to RLDA, Gomti Nagar commercial complex is strategically located in Vibhuti Khand of Gomti Nagar Railway, consisting of two G+4 towers (R1 & R2). A total of 23 units are available on the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th floors. The Project is located at Gomti Nagar Railway Station Vibhuti Khand, Gomti Nagar, Lucknow, Near Kisan bazar & Cinepolis mall. As per the official statement of RLDA, the units will be available through a Mega E-Auction scheduled for November 12, 2024, from 11 AM to 5 PM.

Interested bidders can download the e-bid documents in the period starting from October 9, 2024, at 6 PM, and the last date for downloading being November 12, 2024, up to 10 AM. The deadline for submitting online bid applications is November 12, 2024, by 10:30 AM via the e-Procurement Portal.

The complex boasts excellent connectivity to Gomti Nagar Railway Station, Shaheed Path, Lohia Path, and is an upcoming commercial hub. The structure shall be earthquake-resistant and shall have facilities of double-basement parking spaces & centralized high side air conditioning, wide corridors, atriums, skylights, and escalators. RLDA informed that the project is located adjacent to majestic Gomti Nagar Railway Station in commercially sought after Vibhuti khand Lucknow.
