The Prayagraj Municipal Corporation (PMC) will use drones to monitor roads, streets, drains, etc, being constructed in preparation of Maha Kumbh in 2025. PMC will also use drones to inspect the condition of roads before and after construction. To improve quality of work and for regular maintenance, the corporation will give responsibility of aerial surveillance through drones to a private player and has floated a tender for selection of an agency.
