Arisinfra Raises Buildmex-Infra Stake to 92%

Arisinfra Solutions Limited will acquire an additional 16 per cent stake in its material subsidiary, Buildmex-Infra Private Limited (BIPL), increasing its total holding to 92 per cent.The acquisition covers 16,000 equity shares for Rs 600 million and is expected to be completed by September 30, 2026.BIPL procures, trades and distributes construction materials for infrastructure and real estate projects.
