ASSOCHAM Names Anshul Singhal Warehousing Task Force Chairman

The Associated Chambers of Commerce and Industry of India (ASSOCHAM) has appointed Anshul Singhal as Chairman of its Task Force on Warehousing. Singhal also chairs ASSOCHAM’s National Council for Logistics and Warehousing.
The appointment comes as India’s warehousing sector continues to expand, driven by growing demand for organised logistics and industrial infrastructure. Singhal has spent more than a decade in the logistics and industrial real estate sector, focusing on developing institutional-grade warehousing assets.
“India’s warehousing sector is entering a phase where scale must be matched by efficiency, resilience and technology. The Task Force will bring together industry stakeholders to identify practical solutions, strengthen standards and support policy dialogue. Our priority is to turn these conversations into actionable measures that strengthen India’s warehousing ecosystem and accelerate its next phase of growth,” said Anshul Singhal, Chairman of the ASSOCHAM Task Force on Warehousing.
Across three previous platforms, Singhal has originated, built, managed and exited approximately Rs 142.50 billion of real assets and delivered 52 million sq ft, including 20 industrial and warehousing parks. He previously served as Committee Chair at CII’s Warehousing National Network and is a member of YPO, RICS and the GRI Club.
Under Singhal’s leadership, the newly constituted Task Force will deliberate on key challenges and emerging opportunities across modern warehousing infrastructure, technology adoption, storage and distribution, integrated logistics and supply chains, standards, sustainability and value-added services.
The Task Force will also work with industry stakeholders to identify practical solutions, recommend policy and regulatory measures, and strengthen industry-government engagement to support a more efficient, resilient and technology-enabled warehousing ecosystem.
