Grundfos launches its brand store on Amazon India

Grundfos India, a global leader in advanced pump solutions and a trendsetter in water technologies, announced the launch of its domestic range of products on Amazon. This makes Grundfos the first standalone pump company in India to create a Brand Store on Amazon for its products. This has made the company easily accessible to its customers online, offering 15 of its modern home and garden water products for domestic use.

Today’s consumers are digitally savvy, well-researched and the ongoing pandemic has been a catalyst in accelerating online shopping. As one of the most viewed e-commerce sites in India, creating a brand store on Amazon makes Grundfos’ water technology for domestic purposes more accessible to customers across India. It quickens the process of exploring products through its multi page browse experience, enabling buyers to easily identify the product offerings at their fingertips.

Speaking on this, Ramanan Viswananthan, Area Sales Director-Domestic Building Services, INDO Region, Grundfos, said, “Grundfos’ customer promise is focused on always thinking ahead and innovating to ensure their needs are met. We consistently prioritise customer centricity and with the listing on Amazon, we have now entered a new age of customer engagement. Our Brand Store on Amazon translates the essence of the display area of a brick-and-mortar store into a digital platform. Our products are available on this well-curated display, ensuring an optimal purchase experience and customer satisfaction. Online customers can avail the same benefits as that of offline stores, such as free commissioning.”

“We are excited to enable listing of the wide range of Grundfos products on our marketplace. With consumers exploring a wider range of home appliances online, the introduction of Grundfos’ domestic range of pumps will further strengthen customer selection in this domain. With this, we aim to expand the selection of products available on Amazon.in and ease the shopping experience for our consumers,” said Santanu Debroy, Category leader, Amazon India.

Currently, Grundfos is offering the series of domestic pressure booster pumps SCALA2, CMB, UPA and submersible drainage pumps KP and KPC. Accessories such as Tanks, GIDPC Panel and Flow Sensor for its UPA domestic booster pump have also been listed on Amazon and visible on its Brand Store.
