IMC Team Investigates Waste Treatment Solutions in Goa

A team from the Itanagar Municipal Corporation (IMC), led by Mayor Tamme Phassang, visited Goa to explore advanced waste treatment technologies.

The delegation, which included IMC corporators and officials, toured the Vasudha Waste Treatment and the Manohar Parrikar Integrated Municipal Waste Treatment Facility in Vandemol, Cacora.

The visit aimed to provide the team with direct insights into innovative waste management practices, focusing on recycling and sustainable waste treatment methods. Both facilities are renowned for their cutting-edge operations and environmental sustainability, as highlighted by an IMC press release.

Phassang expressed gratitude for the warm welcome and valuable presentations provided by the experts at the facilities.
