CenturyPly Warranty Covers Furniture Restoration Costs

CenturyPly has introduced a 10-year Total Cover Warranty (TCW) for eligible purchases of Club Prime and Architect Ply. If a covered plywood defect is confirmed, the programme reimburses eligible restoration costs for the affected furniture, including plywood, laminates or veneers, adhesives, labour and transportation.

Cover applies to the whole furniture item if it is fully affected, or to the affected portion if the damage is partial. Claims are subject to the programme’s terms and conditions.

Customers must register eligible purchases through CenturyPly’s online portal within 90 days of purchase. The portal can also be used to log complaints. The company’s customer service team will assess complaints and aims to address them within seven working days, subject to verification and the applicable process.

The 10-year cover begins from the purchase date. After it ends, the standard warranty continues: lifetime cover for Architect Ply, and the remaining period of Club Prime’s 20-year warranty.

CenturyPly said the programme was developed following a 2.5-year review of customer complaints. Nikita Bansal, Executive Director, CenturyPly, said the warranty was designed to address rebuilding costs beyond plywood replacement, including finishes, labour and transport.
