RIL to foray into cement sector

Mukesh Ambani-led Reliance Industries plans to foray into the cement sector. The company signed an agreement to invest in a 5 mn tonne cement project that would come up in the Kutch district of Gujarat. An MoU was signed during the Vibrant Gujarat summit which also saw the Reliance ADA Group announcing large investments in the cement sector.
