The contract was to be awarded under stringent penalty clauses, and delay was absolutely unacceptable. There were a few takers for the contract. KNK bid for the project and, in that era, when ready mix concrete, tower cranes and system formworks were not available, it delivered the project on time and earned accolades. KNK made India proud when it delivered a complex new facility in an unbelievable timeline of 150 days.</p> <p> <span style="font-weight: bold;">Front-runner</span><br /> KNK continued to invest heavily into technology, enabling delivery of projects ahead of time. After a series of initiatives with their highly motivated team, study tours abroad and technology absorption, KNK has now emerged as a front-runner whenever any organisation has to make a choice of contractor. KNK has thereafter grown at 31 per cent CAGR YoY during the last decade.</p> <p>Trust is earned when words turn into actions. The complexity of this structure involves concrete walls in varying shapes at different levels, floating office space, landscaping at all levels, bio lakes and so on, making it a highly sustainable structure with Platinum certified by GRIHA. The project was executed with a tight schedule involving 351 piles, 30,000 cu m of concrete with 3,600 MT of RI steel and the latest waterproofing technology.</p> <p> (Communication by the management of the company)</p>
