Bombay Realty Secures RERA for Three ICC Tower in South Mumbai

Bombay Realty, the real estate arm of Bombay Dyeing and part of the Wadia Group, has received Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA) certification for Three ICC – Wing A, the latest luxury residential tower at Island City Center in Mumbai’s Dadar.

The RERA registration marks a key milestone in the development timeline and reinforces the company’s focus on regulatory transparency, timely project delivery, and high construction standards.

Following the success of One ICC and Two ICC, the upcoming Three ICC tower represents the next phase of the Island City Center development. The project aims to redefine urban luxury living in South Mumbai through integrated design, enhanced privacy, and a refined residential experience within a large mixed-use ecosystem.

“Homebuyers today are seeking more than luxury — they are seeking meaning, well-being and lasting value. At the Wadia Group, we see it as our responsibility to create residential developments that respond to the way people truly want to live today: connected to the city, yet protected from its chaos; modern in experience, yet enduring in value. Our vision for ICC is to shape a future-ready urban address that brings together thoughtful design, wellness-led living and long-term appreciation, while safeguarding the financial interests of those who place their trust in us,” said Jehangir Wadia, Vice-Chairman, Bombay Dyeing.

The project aligns with evolving market trends, where investors increasingly prefer multi-storey residential developments offering managed infrastructure, lifestyle amenities, and better resale liquidity. Three ICC is designed to cater to these expectations while strengthening the ICC precinct’s reputation as one of South Mumbai’s premium integrated addresses.

“Dadar has long been Mumbai's urbane epicentre — blending cultural legacy, liveability and unmatched connectivity — and ICC is our elevated expression of that energy,” said Rohit Santhosh, CEO, Bombay Realty.

He added that the RERA certification reflects the company’s commitment to transparency and disciplined growth while advancing its vision of a gated luxury community with expansive green spaces, world-class amenities, and thoughtfully designed living environments in the heart of South Mumbai.
