Haworth India Hosts Women’s Leadership Panel Series

Haworth India marked International Women’s Day by hosting a leadership roundtable series titled ‘Give to Gain’, bringing together senior women leaders from architecture and design firms, corporates and project management consultancies.

The series has been conducted in Delhi and Mumbai, with upcoming sessions scheduled in Bengaluru and Hyderabad on 27 March 2026. Structured as moderated panel discussions followed by audience interaction, the initiative examined the business impact of women’s leadership and the role of inclusive workplaces in supporting professional growth.

Manish Khandelwal, Managing Director, Haworth India, said, “When women lead with intention, progress accelerates. Through ‘Give to Gain’, Haworth brought together diverse industry perspectives to examine how inclusive leadership and workplace design can move beyond social intent to become performance drivers for organisations.”

The Mumbai panel, hosted at Haworth India’s Powai showroom, included Zainab Mukadam of Cushman & Wakefield, Soumya Vajpayee of Billboard India and Kalpana Shankar of WPP. The Delhi NCR session at the Gurugram Experience Center featured Ramya Iyer of Space Matrix, Koheli J Puri of Studio XP Management Consultants, Shweta Grover of Adrianse and Payal Kapoor of Office Banao.

Discussions covered mentorship, workplace design, return-to-work support and leadership practices aimed at improving participation and performance across organisations.
