The company said FY26 was a landmark year with highest ever annual sales of over 0.64 million (mn) units and industry-beating growth, driven by a broad SUV portfolio and multi-powertrain strategy. It highlighted strong performance in compressed natural gas powertrains with sales exceeding 0.17 mn units in the year and international re-entry that supported volumes of over 10,000 units.

Management noted that consumer preference for greener technologies gained momentum with CNG volumes growing around 20 per cent and that EV adoption at industry level surpassed 200,000 units, driven by improving consumer confidence and new product introductions. Looking ahead the company expects to build on the second half momentum and continue industry-beating growth in FY27 supported by recent launches and a strong product pipeline while monitoring geopolitical developments for potential supply side risks.
