MAJOR To Showcase Screen Media At Hillhead 2026

MAJOR, a global manufacturer of high-performance wire screen media, will exhibit its FLEX-MAT screen media and woven wire screens at Stand PA3 at Hillhead 2026. The event will be held from 23–25 June at Hillhead Quarry in Buxton, United Kingdom.

The company said the exhibition will allow quarry and mine operators to discuss ways to move more material through screening processes while reducing blinding and pegging. MAJOR has also expanded its European presence through its partner, Haver & Boecker Niagara, strengthening support for customers across the UK and Ireland.

At the stand, MAJOR will display FLEX-MAT Modular Screen Media, which offers a high open area, efficient stratification, and resistance to blinding and pegging. It is available in D, S and T series patterns for different material sizes and shapes. The company will also showcase FLEX-MAT Tensioned Screen Media, which uses polyurethane strips that allow wires to vibrate independently, improving screening efficiency.

MAJOR will also present its woven wire screens featuring OPTIMUMWIRE, engineered with tight crimps and precise weave patterns for longer wear life and improved screening consistency. The company said the solutions are designed to help quarries and mines improve throughput, reduce changeouts, and enhance overall efficiency.
