In a span of five years, it has established a cumulative production capacity of 41,000 MTPA. The company has a wide network of over 1,500 business associates across the country. It boasts of five state-of-the-art polymer pipe manufacturing facilities in Uluberia in West Bengal, Ahmedabad in Gujarat, Guwahati in Assam, Hyderabad in Andhra Pradesh, and Sikandrabad in Uttar Pradesh. The company has also been awarded the ´Emerging Brand of the Year 2016´ by WCRC and ´The Best Industry in Water Resources Sector´ by the Central Board of Irrigation and Power in December 2015.

Non-pressure Underground drainage and sewer systems
To add to the list of products that are already available, Skipper has now introduced a new product range of UPVC non pressure Pipes for use in underground drainage and sewerage systems.

Optimally designed
Skipper´s un-plasticized polyvinyl chloride (PVC-U) pipes for underground (buried) non-pressure gravity drain and sewer applications conform to IS 15328. SDR series sewerage pipes are specially designed for underground non-pressure applications like gravity drainage and sewer flow for transportation of soil and waste discharge of domestic origin, surface water (storm water) and industrial effluents. Skipper Drainage pipes are available in self-socketed type joints, joined with the help of solvent cement (cold welding) and Elastomeric sealing ring type joints. Elastomeric sealing ring type sockets are designed in a way that there is no possibility of the ring being dislodged during joining.
