ACME Arm Signs 25-Year PPA For 190 MW Hybrid Project

ACME Energy's designated arm has entered into a 25-year power purchase agreement with the Solar Energy Corporation of India for a 190 MW hybrid renewable project. The agreement secures long-term offtake and formalises the sale of output under a contract with a central procurer. The project is described as hybrid to reflect its use of more than one generation technology and will be developed under the terms agreed with the procurer. It will be structured to meet regulatory obligations.\n\nThe 25-year tenor provides extended revenue visibility for the developer and underpins the project's bankability. The PPA obliges the procurer to purchase the contracted output at stipulated tariffs and thereby reduces market risk for investors and lenders.
