Bengaluru rooftop solar project commissioned by Enphase Energy

Enphase Energy India has announced that they will be commissioning a rooftop solar project in Bangalore of 103 kilowatts-peak (kWp). The financial details have not been disclosed by the company. However, it is being installed for a co-working space provider, IndiQube Lakeside.

Out of the total property energy requirement, 25 % will be met by energy-generated solar power. It will further offset 140 tonne of the CO2 emissions in the year.

According to the statement, the carbon footprint reduction is parallel to 900 trees being planted every year.

IndiQube will be capable of tracking solar energy production along with monitoring the health of the system on a real-time basis, with help of the mobile app.

IndiQube’s portfolio is approximately 4 million square feet. It is spread across more than 60 properties in six cities.
