BGR Tech and Chemie Tech Sign HOA for Global Green Energy Projects

BGR Tech, a leader in Oil & Gas process equipment manufacturing and Green Hydrogen technology, has signed a Heads on Agreement (HOA) with Chemie Tech, a reputed EPC contractor, to collaborate on multi-megawatt LSTK (Lump Sum Turnkey) Green Hydrogen & Ammonia projects worldwide. The HOA was signed between MK Saiyed, Chairman & Managing Director-CTDMCC and Priyadershini Raghupathy, Managing Director – BGR Tech in the presence of Shandar SM Zaidi, Director - Green Hydrogen & Ammonia, CTDMCC.

Chemie-Tech DMCC (CTDMCC) and its associates are global leaders in project development (BOT/BOO) and contracting (FEED & EPC) in the Oil, Gas, Renewable Energy, and Infrastructure sectors. With 25 years of experience across the Middle East, Africa, Europe, Australia, and India, CTDMCC operates from its headquarters in Sharjah, UAE, with an in-house engineering centre in Vadodara, India, and a presence in 15 countries. Backed by a workforce of over 3,500, the company is recognized for its excellence in HSSE, integrity, quality, delivery, and maximizing local content.

Under this partnership, BGR Tech shall provide critical Green Hydrogen generation and purification equipment, including electrolysers and associated engineering expertise, leveraging its extensive experience in manufacturing and technology integration. Chemie Tech shall be responsible for the execution of these projects, covering concept to commissioning implementation majorly focusing on FEED, FID Support, Licensor tie ups, Designing, Engineering, Supply & integration of BOP, construction, Erection, commissioning (EPC), and Operations & Maintenance (O&M).

This collaboration aims to accelerate the global adoption of Green Hydrogen by offering efficient and scalable solutions to industries seeking sustainable energy alternatives.
