Jharkhand Float Empanelment Tender for Rooftop Solar Project

For the installation and commissioning of 12 MW of grid-connected rooftop solar projects for residential consumers in the Giridih Municipal Area under the Solar City programme, the Jharkhand Renewable Energy Development Agency (JREDA) has issued an invitation for bids.

The winning bidder will also be responsible for the project's five-year operation and upkeep. The deadline for submitting online bids is July 17, 2023. The day of the bid opening is July 19.

For a lot size of 100 kW, bidders are required to make an earnest money deposit of 100,000 ($1,221).

The winning bidder is required to provide a performance bank guarantee in the amount of 5% of the value of the lotted work order. JREDA will appoint the organisations for a year. Once assigned, the projects have a four-month deadline from the date the word order was issued.
