The contract includes annual price escalation of 5 per cent over the base-year price. The RFP download process began on October 2, 2026, at 16:00 hours, and no pre-bid meeting will be held. Proposals must be submitted online by October 15, 2026, up to 15:00 hours, while technical bids are scheduled to open on October 16 at 15:00 hours.
