Valiant Communications Receives Rs. 402.5 mn Power Sector Order

Valiant Communications has received a Letter of Award valued at Rs. 402.5 mn, inclusive of taxes, from a domestic system integrator for supplying communication and grid-protection solutions to the Indian power utility sector. The company disclosed the award under Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) Listing Regulations.

The order covers the supply of equipment and solutions in line with the technical requirements specified by the awarding entity. It also includes related services and annual maintenance contract activities, which the company will provide as part of the overall engagement.
