The company made the disclosure under Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements Regulations, 2015.

The order was awarded by a system integrator, which was identified in the disclosure as a private entity. It covers supply only and is intended for a critical infrastructure end-user, with execution scheduled for completion by 31 October 2027.

The filing states that the solutions will be supplied in line with the project’s technical requirements. It classifies the awarding entity as domestic and describes the arrangement as a supply-only order, without indicating any additional execution scope or associated services.

Valiant Communications said neither its promoter or promoter group nor its group companies have any interest in the entity that awarded the order.
