ACC mulls more Brick making franchisees

ACC is planning to rope in franchise manufacturers to produce bricks from fly-ash in tune with its capacity expansion programme in the eastern region. According to the company, it has already appointed one such franchisee brick maker. Plans are afoot to appoint four more franchisee manufacturers in West Bengal with a projected combined capacity of one lakh bricks a day. Similar exercise is expected in other eastern states.
