MUNISH TANEJA, President, Indiabulls Store One, elaborates on the complete equipment solutions offered by the company.Indiabulls Store One is one of the large rental players in India, operating on a pan-India basis. It is currently offering a vast variety of construction equipment on rental, such as tower cranes, passenger hoist, material hoists, piling rigs, concrete batching plant, steel automatic stir up machines, transit mixers, wheel loaders, excavators, graders, mobile boom placers and many more.Indiabulls Store One has now come up with new machines sales for aerial work platforms. This will include scissor lifts, articulated and telescopic boom lifts. It has tied up with international OEMs to offer new machine solution in India. Under new machine sales, the company will be growing its portfolio, where its aim is to offer high quality reliable machines with prompt product support. It will be offering sales and service of aerial work platforms from branches located at Mumbai, Delhi, Pune, Ahmedabad and Bengaluru. Matching customer needsIn the rental segment, it is catering to industries such as real estate, warehousing, infrastructure, roads, cement, mining, metro, petrochemical, port and railways. It has an experienced operations team to operate and maintain equipment at locations that include Delhi, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Chennai, Bengaluru, Kolkata and Vizag. This helps it to cover pan-India projects of its customers seamlessly. In rental, Indiabulls Store One is offering short term and long term rentals to suit the project needs of its customer. In addition to this, it will also provide operating lease and finance lease solutions to its customers for their specific equipment demands for large projects. The firm’s endeavour is to provide complete project solution to its customers by engaging with them from the initial project planning stage. It also procures new equipment as per specific project requirement of the customers and ensures they get best quality machines to work efficiently. It deploys experienced operation team including engineers, foreman, electrician and riggers at the project site. This enables customers to focus on their core business activities and leave equipment operation and maintenance activities with Indiabulls Store One. In recognition to the firm’s efforts, in February this year, it was adjudged ‘Outstanding Company in Construction Equipment Rental’ by a prominent industry forum. The firm takes commitment to its customer, as paramount. The rental yieldThe equipment rental market in India is set to grow rapidly in the next five years, with increase in infrastructure spending and need for faster execution of projects. Equipment rental is a convenient way for all the large construction companies or EPC players to supplement their existing fleet and reduce the total time taken to complete a project. They do not have any hassles of paying EMIs, storage of equipment, maintaining equipment parking yards, etc, after completion of the project. Presently, more and more companies are moving towards rental equipment solutions for their projects execution needs due to stiff project deadlines and Capex constraints. The rental business in India is evolving, with a large number of small rental players dominating the market, as compared to developed markets, where large rental players control the major share in the rental business. Due to this, equipment rental yield in India are much lower than other developed countries, which makes it tougher for the larger players to grow and sustain the business. Apart from this, there is shortage of skilled operators and technicians to operate and maintain the rental fleets. This can be addressed by OEM support to train operators and technician and it will also help to create employment. Indiabulls Store One is working on these lines to create a trained and efficient workforce to cater the industry requirement in a professional manner.
