Built in India’s largest door manufacturing facilities, located at Malkapur, Telangana, the unit spreads over 2 lakh sq ft and has a capacity of producing 1,000 doors per day. NCL doors are manufactured in technical collaboration with AGT Turkey.The facility houses top-of-the-line machinery from Germany and Italy including the Sergiani 10 day light hot press machine – the only one-of-its-kind in India, and Homag double end edge binding machine. Superior quality raw materials imported from Europe and proprietary Cement Bonded Particle Board used in manufacturing the door sets NCL Door a class apart.NCL Door is a one-stop solution, eliminating the need for multi-step installation procedures. It is customisable as per requirement – colour, texture and size. As the tag line says: Fit It. Forget ItThe doors come in a wide range and offer a five-year warranty on all the products. Apart from the warranty, the doors are water and termite resistant.The proprietary technology with a casing wick used in the manufacturing process ensures the doors have superior sound insulation and are energy efficient. This is the first-of-its kind in India. The company is committed to its research and development programme and is working on new developments including more economical door options, latest being the fire rated doors. NCL Door currently offers both 30 minutes and 60 minutes fire rated doors certified by CBRI Roorkie.
