Appaswamy's project in Chennai's OMR progresses

In Chennai, Appaswamy Real Estate company is offering a residential project Greenville at the Sholinganallur junction on the Old Mahabalipuram Road (OMR), close to the city. In the under-construction project, two-bed room flats have been sold out one-bedroom or three-bedroom apartments are available.

The project offers 323 apartments on six blocks with delivery scheduled for 2014-end, says the company. One-bedroom houses of about 620 square feet are priced at about Rs 39 lakh and the three-bedroom apartments ranging in size from 1,684 square feet to 1,691 square feet are priced over Rs 85 lakh.

The square feet price is Rs 5,200. The apartments come with 1,000 watt power back with full back up for common areas and elevators.
